Where Science Meets Soul:
Concierge Pelvic Floor Therapy for Women in Houston, TX
.
You deserve to feel at home in your body.
This space was created for women who are ready to stop managing symptoms and start healing at the root. I offer evidence-based, pelvic floor physical therapy as a completely standalone service — no energy work required.
That said, if you're curious about going deeper, Integrative Somatic Energetics is available as a separate add-on or through our Blossom and Flourish packages — but the choice is entirely yours.
Whether you're preparing for birth, healing after delivery, navigating perimenopause or menopause, living with chronic pelvic pain, managing urinary or bowel incontinence, experiencing prolapse, or simply feeling disconnected from your body — you are welcome here, exactly as you are.
Your healing journey isn't just about recovery. It's about coming home to yourself.
FAQs
-
Under the Texas Physical Therapy Practice Act, physical therapists can treat patients directly for up to 30 consecutive business days without a referral. After that, a referral is required by law.
To help us stay compliant, we kindly ask for your support in obtaining one. Referrals can be provided by your OB, midwife, any medical doctor, physician assistant, nurse practitioner, chiropractor, and more.
If you’re worried about getting a referral in time, please let us know — we’re happy to help guide you through the process.

Pelvic floor therapy may be right for you if you’ve been living with challenges such as:
Pain or discomfort during sex
Difficulty inserting a tampon
Avoiding penetrative intimacy
Pain during orgasm or arousal
Burning, stinging, tingling, or nagging sensations in or near the genital area
Trouble reaching orgasm
Vaginal or c-section scar pain after birth
Difficulty fully emptying your bladder
Bladder leaks
Straining or pain with bowel movements
Lower abdominal pain
Perimenopause/Menopause symptoms
If any of these feel familiar, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to just live with it. Pelvic floor therapy can address the root cause, restore comfort, and help you feel more at ease in your body.

Rooted Healing is currently an out-of-network provider. This allows us to focus fully on your unique needs and personal goals, rather than being limited by insurance requirements. Upon request, we can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Your first visit begins with a conversation about your health history, symptoms, and goals. We’ll talk through what you’ve been experiencing and what you’d like to change, so you feel heard and understood.
From there, we’ll assess your posture, breathing, core, hips, and pelvic floor function. This may include an internal pelvic floor exam — always explained in detail beforehand and done only with your consent.
Treatment can include gentle hands-on techniques, guided exercises, breathing work, education, and strategies you can use at home. Every session is tailored to your comfort level and personal goals, with space for questions and feedback at any time.
-
Not at all — the choice is always yours. While an internal exam can give your physical therapist a more complete picture and open up additional treatment options, many pelvic health concerns can be assessed, diagnosed, and treated externally.
If you prefer to skip the internal exam, simply let us know — your comfort is our priority, and we’ll adjust your care accordingly.

Having your pelvis and pelvic floor assessed during pregnancy can support a smoother labor and delivery, help address pregnancy-related pain, and may reduce the risk of pelvic health concerns later on.
During your prenatal assessment, you and your physical therapist will create a personalized plan and home program to prepare your body for birth and manage discomfort. This may include perineal massage, pelvic floor optimization (both strengthening and relaxation techniques), targeted approaches for pregnancy-related pain relief, and core strengthening and stabilization.
-
Not at all — it's completely optional. Your pelvic floor therapy can be just that, and it is equally powerful and complete on its own.
That said, Integrative Somatic Energetics is available as a separate add-on for those who are curious about going deeper. This work addresses the energetic and emotional patterns stored in the body, helping release tension, calm the nervous system, and support a deeper mind-body connection. Many women find that combining both enhances their overall results and sense of well-being — but the choice is entirely yours.
Pelvic Health Meets Integrative Somatic Energetics
Integrative Somatic Energetics is a completely separate and optional service that pairs beautifully with pelvic floor therapy — but is not required.
For those who are curious, this work addresses the energetic and emotional patterns stored in the pelvic region, supporting nervous system regulation, releasing chronic pelvic tension, and restoring a deeper connection to your body. Many women find that combining both modalities creates more lasting results — but pelvic floor therapy alone is equally powerful and complete.
