For over 10 years, I've sat with people who were doing everything right — and still hurting. Chronic pain, persistent tension, emotional weight that never quite lifted. What I came to understand is this: the body keeps score.
Every experience we've ever had lives somewhere in us — stored along the spine, held in the tissues, woven into the nervous system. And until we address what's been held at that deeper level, true healing remains just out of reach.
Spinal Energetics taught me that the spine holds not just posture — but stories. Somatic Energy work taught me that the body's wisdom, when finally heard, knows exactly how to heal itself. Together these two modalities became the foundation of everything I do at Rooted Healing.
My approach is both clinical and intuitive — rooted in over a decade of physical therapy practice and deepened by the transformative power of energetic and somatic healing. Because I believe lasting change happens when we honor both the science of the body and the intelligence of the soul.

Through Integrative Somatic Energetics, I guide clients of all backgrounds into a state of deep body awareness where stored tension can finally be felt, met, and released. This work is especially powerful for those whose nervous systems have been under prolonged stress, whether from trauma, illness, or the weight of everyday life.
Through Pelvic Floor Therapy, I bring clinical precision to one of the most overlooked areas of women's health — offering specialized, trauma-informed care exclusively for women.
