Dealing with pelvic pain, postpartum recovery, or bladder/bowel concerns? Begin with the Initial Pelvic Floor Evaluation (women only). Pelvic floor therapy is completely independent from energy work — you can do one without the other.
Want to experience both modalities together? The Blossom and Flourish Series are exclusively designed for women who want to combine pelvic floor therapy with Integrative Somatic Energetics in one comprehensive healing journey.
